Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Jen understands that life is unpredictable. This policy is designed to respect both your time and Jen's availability. Please communicate as early as possible if your plans change.

Appointment-Only Scheduling

All sessions with Jen Marie Cliff are by appointment only. Scheduling is confirmed after your inquiry is reviewed and approved. No walk-ins or same-day appointments are accepted at this time.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please reach out as early as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before your appointment. Jen will do her best to find a mutually available time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session entirely, please notify Jen as soon as possible at info@jenmariecliff.com.

Late cancellations — those made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment — may result in forfeiture of a deposit or session credit, once paid services are in place.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session may begin as scheduled and end at the originally confirmed time. Out of respect for Jen's schedule and other clients, session time cannot typically be extended due to a late arrival.

Please reach out if you anticipate being late so Jen can determine whether the session can still be held productively.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client misses a confirmed appointment without prior notice. No-shows may result in forfeiture of a deposit or session credit once paid services are available. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling.

Pro Bono & Practicum Sessions

Pro bono and practicum sessions are offered as a gift and as part of Jen's certification training. These sessions are limited and in high demand. If you are unable to attend, please cancel as early as possible so the spot can be offered to another client.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows for pro bono sessions may result in being removed from future pro bono availability.

Future Paid Sessions & Deposits

Once paid services are available, specific deposit and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be required to hold a session and may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Full payment terms for paid services will be communicated and confirmed before any payment is processed.

Private Groups, Retreats & Events

Cancellation terms for private group sessions, retreats, and events may differ from individual sessions and will be outlined at the time of booking. Group and retreat bookings may require a non-refundable deposit and have earlier cancellation deadlines due to planning commitments.
